At the end of the day, you have to live with the choices you make as a leader, with your family, in your relationships & in every other area of your life. Those decisions don’t stay confined to that moment you made them; they have a ripple effect. If you’ve made them with integrity, you can live with a clean heart & a clear conscience. You can also know with each choice based on integrity, you build trust with those around you & you bring glory to God.
Living with integrity is not hard when you stay tapped into God’s grace and wisdom. It’s simply, letting your ‘yes’ be ‘yes’ and your ‘no’ be ‘no’. It’s being truthful & honest, strong enough to back up what you say with action that matches your words. It’s holding fast when there’s opposition against what you know is right. It’s continuing forward with transition or change you’ve initiated in your life or vocation, because you know it’s God-lead, even when there’s backlash.
Today, may I encourage you to do the right thing, live with integrity, make wise choices — do this and you will honor God, you will feel better yourself, and you will make a positive impact on those around you.
